With impressive 2,400 cans or 1,400 bottles per minute, these flexible solutions are available in 4 - 8, 4 - 12, 6 - 24, 12 - 24 single tier and/or two-tier configurations. Efficient Selector Bar Metering: Easily adapts to glass and two-piece or three-piece cans. This metering style quickly meters products in a smooth, continuous motion, providing faster speeds and fewer damaged products. Positive Placement Carton Setup: Air-assisted carton setup or our industry-proven rotary placer are flexible solutions for most applications. Effective Sleeve Closing: To ensure consistently formed sleeves, effective concepts are used to minimize sleeve friction. High to Low Speed Loading: High to low speed loading gently transfers products during the loading process. Carton Closing and Sealing: Live closing and sealing ensures consistently square cartons and proper adhesive compression.
