ESTABLISHMENT 1950 : Company “Etablissements Jacques Douce” is created by Mr. Jacques DOUCE. 1975 : Takeover by the Group Bennes-Marel. The company name changes and becomes Douce Hydro. 1990: Takeover by Mr. Jean-Marc Vandenbulke. Douce Hydro re-becomes a family owned company. 1996 : Creation of Douce-Hydro Inc. in Detroit (MICHIGAN) U.S.A. 2000: Mr. Franck Vandenbulke is sent to Douce Hydro inc. in Michigan as General Manager to give more support to our North American customers . STAFF 200 employees 2003 sales US$ 25 M EXPORT Volume 56 % of our sales (Direct export)
