Shearing is carried out by an Amada Vipros 368 King hydraulic revolving press with a 58 tool head. The machine handles metal sheets of up to 3000 x 1500 mm and 3.2mm thick. The press has a brushing bench with additional feeding and collection system. HFE 100.3 and HF-50.12 bending brakes are high-quality devices for bending sheets equipped with digital measurement and angle correction. Two independent hydraulic servo drive the units, and intelligent control ensures a smooth and repeatable bending process. The maximum bending length for HFE 100.3 is 3090mm and for HF-50.12 it is 1250mm. >

A single-head High-Tech saw is used for the precise cutting of aluminium profiles. The machine is equipped with a compatible profile feeder handling profiles up to 6000mm in length. It is possible to digitally set the piece length up to 0.01mm and to regulate the cutting angle. Unit enclosures are made from ply-boards filled with polyurethane foam or mineral wool coated on both sides with galvanised iron sheets, epoxide sheets and stainless sheet.
