Lightweight polyethylene gravity feed containers areused to supply the material into the three phase asynchronous motor driven industrial gear pumps where they are proportioned at the pre-selected ratio.Each gear pump is protected against over/underpressure as standard.The ELDO-MIX 001 is electronically controlled.Mixing ratio and output rate are chosen through a potentiometer and decade switch. The ELDO-MIX 001 is fitted with a static mixingsystem that includes a mixing block combined with a disposable static mixer.Should mixed material be allowed to cure in themixer, it can be replaced simply and inexpensively, thus avoiding a time consuming, expensive and environmentally damaging flushing cycle.
