DOIMAK machine, RER-W serie, is a last generation grinding machine designed for grinding worm gears The main features of this model, are : • Tilting of wheel head commanded by the CNC. • Range of wheel-head tilting angle until + 45º. • Automatic calculation of wheel profile and dressing path. • Easy to use. Operator interface is performed by means of graphical masks. These novelties give great flexibility to the machine, which joined with its accuracy and production capacity, allow the grinding of any type of worm gears: • Worm gears of any profile (ZK, ZN,ZE and ZA), and multiple starts. • Worm gears of variable lead and constant diameter. • Worm gears of variable diameter and constant lead.
