Doimak machine RFM-G series is a last generation grinding machine designed for grinding hobs. The main features of this model are: • High accuracy (AAA). • High production capacity (possibility of CBN wheels). • Possibility of grinding any size of hobs using three interchangeable spindles with: cylindrical, trunco conical and mounted points. • Automatic calculation of wheel profile and dressing path. • Easy to use. Operator interface is performed by means of graphical masks. • Distance between centres: 500 mm. • Max workpiece diameter: 400 mm. • Maximum modulus: 30. • Wheel tilting angle: -225, +45º. (270º).
