How It Works:
  1. Contaminated air enters above the filter cartridges.
  2. Air is uniformly distributed across the top of the filters.
  3. Air flows downward, conveying dust to the settling area below the filters.
  4. The reverse jet pulse cleaning system removes collected dust from the filters.

C SERIES ILC (In Line Centrifugal) Fan CARTRIDGE DUST COLLECTOR Diversi-Tech’s FRED™ C Series Cartridge Dust Collectors are designed to collect dust, smoke and other airborne particulates with a 99.8% at 0.5μ micron efficiency. The C Series utilizes our patented down-flow vertical design to ensure consistent filtration and efficient dust handling. Our patented reverse pulse filter cleaning system increases filter life and reduces maintenance. The down-flow vertical design has a smaller footprint than comparable units with horizontal filters. The C Series Dust Collectors are built for durability and reliability with 11 gauge steel fabrication, welded seams and joints. How The FRED™ C Series Dust Collector Works 1. Contaminated air enters the collector above the filter cartridges. 2. Specially designed components in the cabinet uniformly distribute the contaminated air across the top of the filters. 3. The contaminated air flows downward at a steady velocity. Dust is conveyed to the settling area below the filters by both air flow and gravity. Extremely small particulate is collected on the filter media, allowing clean air to return to the workplace or outside environment. 4.
