Prior to leaving the factory your new core shooter has been through a comprehensive test run.After the final test in our works the machine is shipped to the destination and installed.Your maintenance personnel and machine operators will be thoroughly trained.An easy-to-learn operator training pro-gramme, together with an operator panel with a clear overview, gives a short learning time. For core manufacture DISA can make quotations for services and equipment, from core shooting to core setting in the mould, from simple units to fully automatic core logistics.DISA has comprehensive know-how from many plants installed all over the world covering very different requirements.The solution spectrum includes core technology for jobbing foundries with varied demands as well as systems with high output for the biggest demands, core complexity and core quality.
