Aluminium shot blasting-1

The SPH spinner hanger blast cleaning machine is specifically suitable for surface treatment and deburring of aluminium parts, descaling of forgings and desanding of castings, especially for workpieces which are unsuitable for tumbling due to their shape or size. Several models are available with load capacities of up to 600 kg per hook. > The DS 4, DS 5 and DS 8 series offer a wide spectrum of conceptual possibilities at various levels where the workpieces are simultaneously cleaned in several chambers. These high-performance systems are used for blast cleaning of engine castings in large series and also for descaling and shot peening of rotary parts (crankshafts, camshafts etc). Since the shot blast machines are loaded and unloaded during operation, the auxiliary process times can be minimized and the output in creased. >
