- 2 plain web rolls; diameter of the lower roll: 60 mm, diameter of the upper one: 48 mm - The 2 rolls are sandblasted and hard chrome plated (70 Rck) - Movement transmission to the upper roll through a hardened cluster gear - Mechanical release through a cam system mounted on the press ram (link to the press not supplied) - Gear reduction through 2 pulleys and synchronous belt - Brushless servomotor - Measuring of feed length via a motor resolver - Inlet guide made up of 2 hardened vertical rollers; manual adjustment, positioning on a setting rule, locking through screws - Inlet sheet holding basket made up of 2 steel rolls
