Perpendicular media technologies require solutions for producing thick soft magnetic under layers (SUL). Full surface erosion, high utilization, uniform film deposition and unique magnetic characteristics are all critical success factors. We have developed a range of patented magnet arrays to meet these specific processing requirements.
