71 ...the precision signal conditioning company www.dewetron.com A/D CARDS A/D Cards The DEWE-ORION A/D-board series defines new standards in data acquisition. Simultaneous sampling is not only done for all analog input channels. Also the digital I/O’s, counters, encoders, and the on-board CAN-bus interfaces are acquired synchronized. And several boards can be cascaded to reach high channel counts within one single system. DEWETRON supports also other A/D-boards. The MI series boards offer also simultaneous sampling up to 100 MS/s, fast on-board memory and trigger functions. The main application area for these boards is the recording of transient events. The AD series boards are designed for general purpose applications and use a channel multiplexing technology - there is only one A/D converter per board. The advantage: lower costs - but the phase shift between channels may lead into huge measurement errors.
