MULTIPOINT PROBES

From 2 up to 24 measuring points.Specific multipoint assemblies forsilos of organic products.Manufactured using mineralinsulated (MgO) thermocouples from 0,5 to 6,0 mm. diameter and 1 m. up to 50 m. length.Ex-Proof manufacture (as per req.).

SPECIFIC APPLICATION PROBES CAST AND MELTING

Refractory metal protected thermocouple assemblies. Special metal ceramic assemblies for aluminium melting. Thermocouples for salt baths andheat-treatment uses.Disposable thermocouples.

BUILT-IN CABLE PROBES

Probes with built-in cable for general purpose.High sensitivity reduced tip sensor probes. Probes with small diameter tip sensor for high-speedthermal responses.

ENVIRONMENTAL USES

Probes for use indoors/outdoors and airconditioned areas. Manufactured in several formats, depending on required protection.

CERAMIC AND GLASS

Thermocouple assemblies in high alumina ceramic tubes.Probes for glass melting tank. Special models for very hightemperature.

PLASTIC AND RUBBER CALIBRATION CERTIFICATES

Probes for plastic injection or extrusion and packing. Specific models for high pressure and abrasion resistance. Adjustable bayonet probes. The Thermocouples and RTD's Pt 100 manufactured by DESIN Instruments, under requirements, can be supplied accompanied by Calibration and Certification documents. Calibration is standard in all sensors ordered withspecific superior accuracy to the standard DIN tolerance requirements. Calibration Certificate only if ordered. Two kinds ofcertificates can be supplied: NON OFFICIAL CERTIFICATE: Calibrating accuracy on the required scale points,including supply of self-certificate with final classification of probe, by our own Laboratory. AUTOMOTIVE AND AERONAUTICS

After a first Calibration in our Laboratory, to certify therequired tolerance, the probe is sent to a Homologated Official Organism where an Official Calibration Certificate is issued. Special probes for the automotive, railway, nautical and aviation industries, according to specifications. Hard metal thermowell assemblies for rubber mixers.Expansion coil probes for cracking process. EEx-ia, EEx-ib, EEx-d explosion-proof assembly types according to CENELEC or FM standards.

LABORATORY AND MEDICINE

Probes for sterilization and autoclaves. Insertion tip and hypodermic probes. Biologic and veterinary applications.
