METAL >COMBINABLE MODULAR CABINET The combinable modular cabinet system from delvalle, is totally flexible and adaptable to any application, especially designed for distribution panels and switchgear, our system comprises a closed section manufactured in galvanised steel, with two delivery possibilities; welded for greater robustness, or dismounted for greater flexibility, with removable screw in uprights, all doors are detachable with 120º'ba opening, and can be reversible and transparent. With this cabinet system sliding, rotating or fixed galvanized plates can be fittedWhen joining the modular cabinets, they can be transported by means of a lift support using eyebolts and if the load is heavy with few longitudinal transport profiles. The cabinet composes the following components • 4 closed upright profiles in galvanized steel. • Closed rigid 1.5 mm thick profiles and frame welded around the doors. • Structure completely welded to the upper and lower base, which gives strength and rigidity to the assembly. Available dismounted. • Removable doors with handle with up to 4 latching points per door and / or double-bit closures system. • The side and rear panels are removable by means of the screws. • The cabinet system is fitted on each one of the doors or polyurethane joint panels, with three or four point fixed point that guarantee a very high degree of protection. • Door opening rotation of 120 º'ba. IP55 Protection galvanised steel assembly systems with different fastening systems: Fixed, sliding or rotating. • Plinths are removable. Heights available 100 and 200mm. • Hinges, mounts, guides, nuts and bolts, with electrolytic zinc coating. • Any width, depth and height can be manufactured, available for quick delivery. • Adapted and customized with holes and cut-outs on each of the doors, plates or trays. Available in Textured RAL Grey 7032 or RAL Grey 7035 or any colour on demand. Allows low-voltage installation assembly, for motor control centre, low-voltage electrical distribution. Solutions: • Any depth, height and width can be manufactured. • Partial doors, different doors can be made for any frontal; blind or transparent. •Separation profiles, any inner piece can be manufactured on demand. • Trays for modules or separation walls. • Doors are available with approved tempered glass or polycarbonate.
