ForeSight- TV (Top View) , contains the same type Cognex Insight vision sensor pointing vertically down towards the conveyor to inspect sealed lid closures from a top-down perspective; ForeSight-DV (Dual View) model configuration incorporates both sideview and top view vision sensors in one comprehensive system that inspects dual-element closures, sealed lid and overcap combined, or which can transition between two different types of closure. A modest five to ten-minute changeover is required to shift from one inspection mode to the next, to accommodate changes in package style.
