4.2 EXECUTION OF MANUAL MOVEMENTS WITH STOPPED EXECUTION

While executing a part-program it is possible to stop the machine by pressing the STOP button. If you press the START button after pressing the STOP button, the execution restarts. If you want to move the axes after stopping the execution you can do it pressing the JOG –F2 button. The CNC starts a JOG session and allows you to move the axes with the JOG buttons and the handwheels. If you want to restart the execution: 1) Press BACK 2) Press EXECUTION On-screen will appear the axes that need reset, for example: In the axes panel the axes to be reset are displayed with blue background. The presetting procedure must be done one axis at a time. 3) write the name of the axis to be reset, X for example, and press ENTER A X READY message will be displayed 4) Press START The selected axis will be moved and reset with a velocity set in the settings of the machine. If you want to reset the axis with different velocity, you can write the desired feed after the name of the axis, for example XF5000 . During the reset procedure you can use the Feed potentiometer to control the velocity. 5) When all the axes are reset, press START to continue the execution. Note. The STOP button stops the reset movement, so that you can change the axis to reset and avoid obstacles.
