WinTerm - User Manual - M306GB RED BACKGROUND : homing needed BLUE BACKGROUND : repositioning needed 20. ORIGINS / FILE The active origins of all the machine axes are displayed, including indexed axes and spindle, and the number of the file that contains the origin. The origins are identified by their programming code, for example: 1, 8, B… For indexed axes and the spindle, if defined in the machine settings, zero origins are always displayed. 21. ERRORS AND DISTANCES Using the CTRL+E keys, it is possible to display the errors of the individual axis or the distance to complete the movement. - The error displayed is the actual error for each individual axis, measured on the trajectory of the tool centre. - The distance displayed is the distance to reach the end-point of the movement in course for each individual axis, measured on the trajectory of the tool centre. In velocity Jog it is the distance from the industrial limit switch in the chosen direction. 22. SPINDLE THRUST RULER It is possible to display a percentage up to 150% of the thrust of the programmed spindle thrust. To display a coloured cursor on the screen it is necessary for the machine PLC to handle the memory location ZZSPINLOAD, see ‘PLC Manual’ M99E’ 23. TOTAL DISTANCE The distance displayed is the total distance to reach the end-point of the movement, measured on the trajectory of the tool centre. 24. SPEED - FEED - OVERRIDE In this area are presented: S: current speed Sp: programmed speed F: current feed Fp: programmed feed Feed and speed overrides are also displayed. 25. SYSTEM PARAMETERS The following system parameters are displayed. These parameters can be useful during execution of the program: QR = angle of rotation IR = coordinate of the centre of first axis rotation JR = coordinate of the second axis rotation QS = mirror axis angle IS = first axis coordinate of the mirror centre JS = second axis coordinate of the mirror centre DA = first axis linear translation DB = second axis linear translation DC = third axis linear translation 26. TOOL RADIUS Tool radius used by Z32 CN. 27. TOOL LENGTH Tool length used by Z32 CN.
