| Z32 CNC's offer a programming system that is simple and intuitive, but at the same time complete and efficient. The programming system shows four levels of programming, so that in a natural way the most complex functions may be programmed. 1. BASE Programming 2. EXTENDED Programming 3. PARAMETRIC Programming 4. GEOMETRICAL ENTITIES Programming BASE and EXTENDED Programming The BASE programming is the ISO standard, with special EXTENSIONS that allow special operations. It may be performed by manual writing, that is in many cases the simplest and quickest way to program. Manual programming is preferred by experienced technicians when complex and optimized production choices must be managed. ■ Special M functions with sub-program calls ■ Rigid Threading and Tapping even on inclined directions ■ Axes exchanging (example, to move Z when Y is programmed) ■ 3D probe management even with roto-translating function ■ Machining axes limits managed by part-program ■ Scale factor depending on zone or on axis, linear or rotary. ■ Mirroring ■ Millimetres or inches ■ Polar-coordinates programming ■ Tool length and radius compensation ■ 3D roto-translating ■ NURBS programming (Non Uniform Rational B-Spline) ■ G96, spindle m/min and constant cutting speed (Milling or Turning) ■ Special Cams machining functions |
