Engine Controller, EC-1

– the small giant

Application Basic or CAN bus version – or something in between… The engine controller EC-1 is a micro-processor based control unit containing basic functions for protection and control of a diesel engine. It also contains a single-phase AC voltage measuring circuit and is equipped with an graphical display presenting all values and alarms. The small giant Though small in appearance EC-1 is packed with functionality. In fact, in developing this control- ler our determined goal was to distance ourselves from the ever present tendency in the gen- set controller market to implement the various functionality levels in a wide variety of units with different dimensions and appearances.Not so with EC-1… No matter the level of functionality, EC-1 always uses exactly the same hardware platform. To illustrate the range of EC-1, one only has to mention the fact that it mixes binary and analogue inputs and CAN bus communication all in the same box!
