SET DIES AND MOLDS PRECISELY WITH ULTRA LOW SPEED HOIST POSITIONING Specifically designed to improve mold placement accuracy, the two-speed die-setter electric chain hoist features ultra low speed hook movement for exact die positioning as well as the standard speed for normal use. To reduce die impact damage and shock loading conditions, the low speed setting may be set to 1.5 feet per minute without sacrificing the normal lift speed ofthe hoist. The low speed feature permits fine mold positioning without continuous hoist jogging. Low speed hook travel on David Round's die-setter is available in both the up and down direc­tions unlike other creep or step-controlled hoists that may only lower at the low speed setting. Both the standard and low speed settings may be adjusted in the field to meet spécifie application requirements. A variety of pendant configurations are available as well as low-speed trolleys, jib crânes and monorail Systems.
