The D2012P transmitter The wall-mounted transmitter D2012P is designed for sending information from sensors and PLCs. The comprehensive safety features of the system allows for it to be used as a wireless machine stop. The rugged signal inputs are suitable for different voltages, making it ideal for industrial applications. Comprehensive safety The transmitter continuously sends information to the receiver using a digitally verified protocol unique to Datek. In the event of even the smallest error arising the receiver will immediately (<0.5 seconds) revert to a safe stop mode. Each Datek transmitter is assigned a unique ID code, ensuring that any given transmitter can only activate its own dedicated receiver. No other transmitters or products can ever activate a Datek system. Rugged signal inputs The transmitter has 12 digital signal inputs that can be customized for different voltages, both VAC and VDC. The input signals and electronics of the transmitter are separated by relays that protect the electronics. The relays and connection terminals are socket mounted making the installation and maintenance easy. Flexible outputs The receiver units from Datek are available in many different versions supporting various serial protocols as well as traditional digital outputs.
