Touch Screen Options

The Datalux XG12 and XG12i LCD monitor products are specifically designed and engineered for demanding environments, including embedded equipment, industrial environments, automotive, public safety and security applications. The end user has complete control over the presentation capabilities of the display. The XG12 and XG12i were both designed based upon industry standards to easily enable integration into a variety of applications. The XG12 and XG12i are capable of accepting a wide range of DC power inputs, from 8 to 18 volts or can operate from an optional AC adapter. An optional wiring harness is available to connect to your own DC power supply. The XG12 and XG12i can also be powered by nominal 12 Volt vehicle power. Front panel controls include power on/off, brightness and instant backlight on/off. Both the XG12 and XG12i displays deliver a high 600:1 contrast ratio. The monitors use a protected industrial grade LCD module with replaceable backlights. The speaker utilizes a membrane to prevent the ingress of moisture. The XG12 and XG12i can be adapted to a variety of VESA standard mounts and Datalux also offers several customized mounts. The XG12i offers an extremely bright display, readable outdoors even in daylight. Combined with the ability to use vehicle power, the XG12i provides an excellent solution for mobile installation.
