| The Danspeed roller door is a modern design which by virtue of its rapid function principles facilitates smoother traffic in the workplace. At the same time, the Danspeed roller door brings improvements to the work environment as the carefully thought-out design reduces problems in the form of draughts, dust and noise. The Danspeed roller door is also an extremely sound investment -not only thanks to its maintenance-friendly and reliable design, which means that maintenance costs are low, but also by virtue of the reduced loss of heat /cold, which is the result of many years of development work. The standard Danspeed roller door is supplied with an opening speed of 1.6 m/ec and a closing speed of 0.3 m/ec (AR0021S). A Danspeed roller door model is also available for freezer rooms (AR0021F) as is a model with wind protection (AR0021V). • Dimensions: Made to order, max. dimensions being 3500 x 4500 mm. Bigger dimensions can be custom-made. • Door leal: 2 mm blue reinforced canvas (available with orange canvas at an additional cost). • Erame-legs: extruded and anodised aluminium profiles (alloy 6063-T6), W x H 215 mm x 170 mm. • Door leaf guidance: Guided by means of straps on both sides. The canvas is kept tight at all times by means of vertical stainless steel tension springs on both sides. • Heating arrangement: The freezer room model is supplied with industrial heating elements in the legs. The heating elements are connected to an adjustable sensor (voltage 380/220V - 50 Hz). • Automatics: Supplied with Danspeed toothbar automatics for installation on the wall beside the frame. The door is supplied with all leads complete and ready for connection to 3 x 380V/230V - 50 Hz. The motor controls should be situated outside the freezer room. • Safety: Anti-catch device in the bottom guide ensures that the door stops and returns if it encounters resistance when closing. Furthermore, photocells are built into both legs at a height of 250 mm. The motor features a built-in emergency handle which can be activated in case of power cuts, allowing the canvas door to be rolled up manually. In addition, the roller doors are fitted with a safety device for release in case of collisions with the bar. • Control: 2 push-button panels with emergency stop (standard). Possibility of truck contacts including 4 metres of nylon string with handle, radio control, photocell device and radar as optional extras. |
