| DAN-doors manufacture an extensive range of hinged fire doors for both the food industry and other industrial applications. Our hinged doors are well renowned for their robust construction and reliable operation even under the most demanding conditions. Regardless of the design the door leaf, frame, hinges, handles and key plates are all made from stainless steel. DAN-doors hinged fire rated doors for Chill and Industrial applications are certified according to DS 1052-2. The door is fitted as standard with Chill gasket and an intumescent strip which seals the door in case of fire. DAN-doors hinged fire doors are manufactured to a strong and comprehensive design and to our client's exact requirements. • Door thickness: 60 mm. • Insulation material: Inorganic material with high insulation properties. • Door leaf finish: Plastisol-coated galvanised steel, stainless steel polished or rigidised. The doors are extremely easy to clean and maintain a high quality level of hygiene. • Frame: 2 mm plate in polished stainless steel with installation holes and plastic caps. The frame is insulated with the same inorganic material as the door leaf. • Gaskets: Made of silicone-rubber suited for fire application and also approved for the food industry. The gaskets can be replaced without the use of tools. • Handles: Both the lever handle and the key plate are manufactured of acid-proof stainless steel. The locking box is supplied ready for installation of cylinder. If a key plate is required, this is available with or without the hole for a cylinder lock. • Door closer: The Door closer utilised is of a solid design to suit individual doors. Two industrial door closers and one door blade selector are standard fitments on two-leaf doors. • Intumescent strip: Expanding fire strip.
