iGauge is an optical inspection appliance that is used for veri-fying critical measurements of parts within a manufacturing or production environment. It is a simple-to-use device that can be easily setup and deployed in both online or offline applica- tions. In addition to precise measurements, iGauge includes a suite of tools and capabilities that make it applicable to a range of inspection tasks across multiple industries. The system also provides automatic compensation for part-to-part movement and image distortion introduced by fixturing.
