This article analysed the variables that influencethe choice of the coil punching line from a user’spoint of view, as well as taking into account theproductive factors that cause this type of tech-nology to be chosen. The coil punching line has been divided into thevarious elements and practical indications havebeen given concerning the choice of equipment. The economical and practical advantages gained through the use of a coil punching machine havebeen examined in a third section: saving onlabour and raw materials, low installation costsand the reduced dimensions of the machine. Inparticular, a paragraph was dedicated to themanagement of raw materials and the machine.Welooked at the industries which can benefitthe most from the coil punching machine, such as doors and windows, lighting, metal furniture,household appliances and tinsmithery. One of the coil punching machine novelties wasthe multiple rotating tools and the introduction ofthe compact coil punching machine onto the market.As recently as just a few years ago, coil punchingmachines were substantial machines available tobig companies only. Nowadays the compact coil punching machine allows medium and small companies to start anindustrialization process with great developmentpossibilities.
