straightener (if required). PXN easy coil punching machines have a
1,9÷2,5 m 2,0 m ® patented elec-tronic grip feeder uses two moving
manufacturers of grippers that move in opposite directions. This simple devi-ce positions the strip with length of the guides . They lead the strip for a length that is at least double than the witdth ofthe material, to guarantee the high accuracy in the X axis and can move the material forward andbackward , maintaining the same precision even in changing width, thickness and type of mate-rial. Thus, production can be changed by simply adjusting the guides at the right width and
introducing the new strip. Another important advantage of the VEGA Bialternato® feeder is the precise positioning of the transversal moving
notching tools.The PXN easy punching head moves in the transversaldirection (Y) and incorporates monoblock tool bearing arches (
punching systems) are processed as a single cast iron block.This guarantees the perfect coaxiality between punch and die and higher life of the tools. The monoblock tool arches are modular and small, so they can be easily handled over 600 strokes per minute 5 or 10 thick turrett tools by the ope-rator. All the tools can be changed directly at the machine side, thanks to the dedicated tableand to the optional
tool container set near the machine. After punching, the products are cut withthe . Thestructure of the punching head has been optimized using FEM analysis to be light and quick.
