In 1975, a new model of NC head arrived, in medium and large sizes, for boring machines: U-TRONIC. The third model of facing and boring head came along in 1981: U-CENTER, numerically controlled for machining centres. In 1992 came the launch of MODULHARD’ANDREA, the high precision modular toolholder system for boring, milling, drilling and tapping. 1998 was the year of the AUTORADIAL automatic facing heads and the new line of high precision monobloc toolholders system, TOPRUN. In 2001 D’ANDREA expanded the TOPRUN range with FORCE, the ultra-tight balanceable toolholder. In 2002, to meet the growing market demand, D’ANDREA inaugurates its new Lainate headquarters and manufacturing plant in Castel Del Giudice, in Upper Molise. Over 6000 m2 of work space, executive offices and training facilities, at the service of the skill of long tradition. In 2004 D’ANDREA presents the new line of monoblock toolholders, MONOd’ and MONOforce, in 2005 its own milling GRINTA solution, and TRC and TRD turning solutions. 2006 is the year of the new line of boring and facing heads called TA-CENTER and TA- TRONIC. D’ANDREA allows for turning operations to be performed on all machining centers. Die Erfolgsgeschichte von D’ANDREA beginnt im Jahre 1951 mit der Einführung des ersten Plan- und Ausdrehkopfes SENSITIV T-TA mit automatischem und manuellem Vorschub. Dieses fortschrittliche Produkt, das im Laufe der Jahre ständig weiter entwickelt wurde, wird auch heute noch angeboten.1975 stellte D’ANDREA mit U-TRONIC einen neuen Ausdrehkopf zum Plandrehen und Feinbohren über NC-Steuerung für mittelgroße und große Maschinen vor. 1981 wird mit dem U-CENTER die dritte Version eines Ausdrehkopfes zum Plandrehen und Feinbohren für NC-gesteuerte Bearbeitungszentren eingeführt.1992 ist das Jahr der Einführung von MODULHARD’ANDREA, dem modularen Hochpräzisionwerkzeughalterssystem zum Feinbohren, Fräsen, Bohren und Gewindeschneiden.1998 werden die automatischen Plandrehköpfe der Serie AUTORADIAL, sowie die neue Linie der auswuchtbaren Werkzeughalter TOPRUN vorgestellt.Schließlich erweitert D’ANDREA 2001 die TOPRUN Linie mit der Modell-Serie FORCE, einem neuen Werkzeughalter mit hochfester Spannung.Im Jahr 2002 eröffnete D’ANDREA, um der ständig steigenden Nachfrage des Marktes gerecht zu werden, ein neues Gebäude in Lainate und ein Werk in Castel Del Giudice im Alto Molise. Über 6000 qm, aufgeteilt in Fertigungsstätten, Büros und Seminarräume, alles im Dienste einer fachlichen Kompetenz, die sich auf jahrzehntelange Erfahrung stützen kann. Im Jahre 2004 stellt D’ANDREA die neuen Werkzeughalterungen MONOd’ und MONOforce, bestehend aus einem Stück vor und im Jahre 2005 die Firmeneigenen Fräsvorrichtungen GRINTA und die Drehvorrichtungen MCD’. Das Jahr 2006 ist das Jahr der neuen Ausreibköpfe TRC e TRD und im Jahr 2007 erschien letztendlich die neue Serie von Ausreibungsund Planbearbeitungskòpfen TA-CENTER und TA-TRONIC, mit welchen D’ANDREA Dreharbeiten auf allen Arbeitszentren ermöglicht. La historia de D’ANDREA comienza en 1951, con la puesta a punto del primer cabezal para refrentar y mandrinar SENSITIV T-TA, con avance automático y manual, que con el correr de los años fue evolucionando y sigue fabricándose hoy en día. En 1975 llega un nuevo modelo de cabezal a control numérico y de tamaño mediano y grande para mandrinadoras: U-TRONIC. En 1981 se estrena el tercer modelo de cabezal para refrentar y mandrinar: U-CENTER, a control numérico para centros de mecanizado. En 1992 tiene lugar el lanzamiento de MODULHARD’ANDREA, el sistema modular de portaherramientas de elevada precisión para mecanizaciones de mandrinado, fresado, taladrado y roscado. 1998 es el año de los cabezales automáticos para refrentar, AUTORADIAL, y de la nueva línea de portaherramientas integrales equilibrables TOPRUN. En 2001 D’ANDREA amplía la gama de TOPRUN con FORCE, el nuevo portaherramientas de fuerte blocaje equilibrable. Corre el año 2002: para satisfacer como es debido a la demanda creciente, D’ANDREA inaugura su nueva sede de Lainate y la planta de Castel del Giudice, en el Alto Molise. Más de 6.000 metros cuadrados de talleres, oficinas y espacios destinados a la formación. Y todo, al servicio de la competencia que nace de una larga tradición. En 2004 D’ANDREA presenta las nuevas líneas de portaherramientas monobloque MONOd’ y MONOforce, en 2005 las propias soluciones de fresado GRINTA y torneado MCD’. El 2006 es el año de las nuevas cabezas para mandrinar TRC y TRD, por último el 2007 con la nueva línea de cabezales para mandrinar y refrentar TA-CENTER y TA-TRONIC. La empresa D’ANDREA permite realizar operaciones de torneado en todos los centros de trabajo. En 1992 arrive sur le marché le MODULHARD’ANDREA, le système modulaire de porteoutils de haute précision pour les opérateurs d’alésage, fraisage, perçage et taraudage. 1998 est l’année des têtes automatiques pour surfacer AUTORADIAL et de la nouvelle ligne des porte-outils monobloc equilibrables TOPRUN. En 2001, D’ANDREA étend la gamme TOPRUN avec FORCE, le nouveau porte-outils à fort serrage équilibrable. En 2002, pour faire face à une demande croissante du marché, D’ANDREA inaugure le nouveau siège de Lainate et l’unité de production de Castel Del Giudice, dans le haut Molise. Plus de 6000 mètres carrés d’ateliers, de bureaux de direction et d’espaces de formation au service d’une compétence d’une longue tradition. En 2004, D’ANDREA présente les nouvelles lignes de porteoutils monobloc MONOd’ et MONOforce et en 2005 ses propres solutions pour le fraisage GRINTA et le tournage MCD’. 2006 est l’année des nouvelles têtes pour aléser TRC et TRD. Enfin, 2007 sera l’année de la nouvelle ligne de têtes pour aléser et facetter TA-CENTER et TA-TRONIC. D’ANDREA permet d’effectuer des opérations de tournage sur tous les centres d’usinage. Nel 1981 giunge il terzo modello di testa per sfacciare e alesare: U-CENTER, a controllo numerico per centri di lavoro. Nel 1992 viene lanciato MODULHARD’ANDREA, il sistema modulare di portautensili di alta precisione per operazioni di alesatura, fresatura, foratura e maschiatura. Il 1998 è l’anno delle teste automatiche per sfacciare AUTORADIAL e della nuova linea di portautensili integrali bilanciabili TOPRUN. Nel 2001 D’ANDREA amplia la gamma TOPRUN con FORCE, il nuovo portautensili a forte serraggio bilanciabile. È il 2002: per far fronte alle crescenti richieste del mercato, D’ANDREA inaugura la nuova sede di Lainate e l’unità produttiva di Castel Del Giudice, nell’Alto Molise. Oltre 6000 mq di officine, uffici direzionali e spazi per la formazione al servizio della competenza di una lunga tradizione. Nel 2004 D’ANDREA presenta le nuove linee di portautensili monoblocco MONOd’ e MONOforce, nel 2005 le proprie soluzioni di fresatura GRINTA e di tornitura MCD’.Il 2006 è l’anno delle nuove testine per alesare TRC e TRD, il 2007 infine con la nuova linea di teste per alesare e sfacciare TA-CENTER e TA-TRONIC la D’ANDREA permette di fare operazioni di tornitura su tutti i centri di lavoro.
