The CXTLA series design centers ona highly stable silicon micro-ma-chined capacitive inclination sensor element. The CXTLA series is fullysignal conditioned with high levelanalog output(s), and optional analog temperature signal.Micro-machined devices, perfected inautomotive safety applications, offer several distinct advantages over fluid, electrolytic, and pendulum-basedsensors. Like other solid-state devices, they are more reliable than their me-chanical counterparts. In a packagesmaller than many pendulum or fluidsensing elements, completely inte-grated electronics eliminate the needfor external components. Unlike other micro-machineddevices, the CXTLA Series maintains its accuracy and stability overtemperature:â–¼ Laser Leveling â–¼tilt sensors 6-30VGND PowerSupplyA/DConverter CXTLA02 XoutYout Temp (optional) Micromachined TiltSensor Element Typical CXTLA02 ConfigurationThe CXTLA single- and dual-axis analog tilt sensors - 19299 â–¼38Document Part Number: 6020-0014-01 Rev D crossbow technology, inc â–¼ 4145 n. first street â–¼ san jose, ca 95134-2109 |
