Outer carrying bag has access back and front by heavy duty zipped covers with “weather-shielded” pelmet to protect against rain, dust and sand.Outer carrying bag made from Cordura / texturised nylon - rip and tear resistant, colour permanent and available in a variety of colours.Ventilation holes with corresponding venting ap in the outer carrying bag allows for a fan assisted cooling.Longitudinal folds in HPP using “line Bending” process gives permanent engineered fold whilst retaining the full structural integrity of the honeycomb cell structure HPP (Honeycomb Polypropylene) body gives ultra light weight coupled with rigidity and strength.Steel riveted construction allows for 3U/4U/5U heights and gives security against drop, vibration and impactEquipment is secured into frame using oating captive M6 nuts which can be inserted or removed easily. Ultra lightweight 19” aluminium oating frame offers high strength to weight ration. Equipment panel xing rails are provided both front & rear. “Half Width” rack frames are also available. Rack body is jacketed by 3mm HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) closed cell foam to give a “soft feel” to the outer carry bag. Sway space of >300mm in any direction offers safety against severe transit conditions. Riveted construction of front to back member ensures strength and rigidity whilst retaining light weight. Rack frame depths available in 480mm and 610mmInner frame has dedicated xing points to provide “Side Rail” or “Shelf Supports”.Bi-angular elastomer AVM (Anti Vibration Mounts) support frame and equipment from shock and vibration. Available in a variety of shore hardness.

HPP is joined using a “Mortice and Tenon” joint giving excellent beam strength.
