For specic attenuation, when all fragility factors and transit data is known / published, a fully customised design service is available, to ensure your exact specications are met in full.Examples of customised suspension mounts are available on request.19” Transit Rack SizeShore hardnessMax. static load Load in compression / mmMax. static load Load in shear / mmOptimum attenuation for equipment loads betweenA20D / 25H4515kg / 3.2mm5.5kg / 6.3mm10-30kgB25D / 25H4524kg / 3.0mm9kg / 6.3mm25-46kgAir ConditioningDeployable electronics equipment often has to be protected from extremes of heat or cold. CP Cases can offer a range of air-conditioning options including thermoelectric and compressor systems. Thermoelectric air conditioning units are lighter than other forms of coolers, offering extremely low maintenance due to them being solid state with have no moving parts except axial fans, no refrigerants or CFCs and also have no lters to change. Thermoelectric coolers operate with no mix of air between ambient and the internal container, making them ideal for hot and humid environments. The specication of air conditioning requires knowledge of the heat generated by the equipment, together with the ambient and required level of heating/cooling. Please ask for our air conditioning questionnaire so that we can produce the most cost effective air control solution.
