World-Class Custom Laser Solutions
Continuum
® recognizes the need for specialcustom solutions to unique applications in the scientific and industrial marketplace. For over a quarter of a century, Continuum
® has offered world-class, powerful custom laser designs. In the last ten years alone, our custom laser group has designed and delivered over 300 custom lasers.
USTOM C
The Design Team To Make It Work
From high energy glass, to multi-Terawatt chirped pulse amplification, to miniature high repetition rate lasers, Continuum
® candesign the right solution for our customers. Our custom laser laboratory is run by a design team of Ph.D. laser physicists with the knowledge and experience to ensure that customer expectations are surpassed every time. Continuum
® Mode-Locked Picosecond Nd:YAG Laser boasts the largestempirical database of system components performance of any company resulting in failsafe engineering.

Modular Design Is The Key
Continuum’s custom lasers are built with modularity in mind. The modules used in our custom designs are the same ones found in our standard laser series giving these lasers the ben- efit of time-proven reliability. Continuum’s custom lasers are built to be flexible, versatile, and easy to upgrade. We can also incorporate a wide range of other company’s compo- nents, such as injection seeders. By building these systems with readily available standardcomponents, our entire service organization is automatically capable of servicing the laser, allowing our customers to have the same quick, reliable service that they would receive with our standard line.
