Das von CONEC entwickelte wasserdichte D-Sub System nach IP67 ist besonders für Anwendungen geeignet, wo Staub- und Spritz-wasser die Funktion beeinflussen können. Eingebaut und abgedichtet werden die Stan-dard-, High Density- und Combination D-Sub Steckverbinder in einen Rahmen aus Kunst-stoff oder Metall. CONEC bietet auch hier ein breites Angebot von Montagemöglichkeiten für die verschiedensten Anwendungen an. Bei der Geräteanbringung können Sie zwischen Hinterwand- und Frontmontage wählen. Für die Kabelseite gibt es passend zum System eine spezielle Monoblockhaube in Kunststoff grau, schwarz oder metallisiert, für verschiedene Kabelquerschnitte. Für unterschiedliche Einsatzbereiche bzw. An-forderungen bietet CONEC ein umfangreiches Gehäuseprogramm an. Die Ausführungen reichen von Kunststoff, Kunststoff metallisiert, Kunststoff mit integriertem Abschirmblech bis zu Vollmetall. Spezielle Gehäuse für Combinati-on D-Sub Steckverbinder, mit größerem Platz im Inneren für Koaxial- oder Hochstromkontakte, sind ebenfalls wie das Standard Programm mit einer breiten Palette an verfügbaren Zubehör aus dem CONEC Zubehör Programm zum Schir-men, Abdichten und Sichern von Verbindungen und Schnittstellen kombinierbar. Die Solid Body D-Sub Steckverbinderserie von CONEC ist die konsequente Weiterentwicklung der D-SUB Steckverbinder Bauform für den industriellen Einsatz auch unter extrem rauen Umweltbedingungen. Die Ausführung des Steckverbinders in einem einteiligen Gehäuseaus Zink-Druckguss macht ihn zu einer mechanisch extrem robusten Schnittstelle mit zuverlässigem Schutz vor Spritzwasser und Staub in aggressiver Umgebung. Neben den Standardversionen in Anschlussarten Lötkelch, Lötstift gerade und gewinkelt mit diversen Montageoptionen stehen auch High-Density Ausführungen zur Verfügung. CONEC offers an extensive range of housings for different areas of application or require-ments. This ranges from plastic, metallised plastic, plastic with integrated shielding plate and up to a full metal construction. Special housings are available for combination D-Sub connectors, which have a large interior space for coaxial or high power contacts and can also be combined with a broad range of applicable accessories of the Conec programm for shielding, sealing and securing of connec-tions and interfaces. CONEC Solid Body D-SUB connector series was a consequent development to establish a D-SUB connector familiy which is especially designed for application in harsh industrial environment. The one piece body - made of zinc diecast - provides outstanding mechanical robustness and protection against splash water and dust under aggressive conditions. The connectors are available as D-SUB Stan-dard versions with solder cup, solder pin straight and angled terminations and with a variety of mounting options. A broad range of High Density versions complete the program. The waterproof D-Sub System developed by CONEC according to IP67, is particularly sui-table for applications where dust and splash-water can impair the device‘s functionality. The Standard, High Density and Combination D-Sub connectors are integrated and sealed in a plastic or metal framework.CONEC also offers a variety of assembly types for the most diverse applications. When attaching the device you can choose between back plate and front plate assembly.There is a special plastic monoblock hood for the cable side that matches the system; this comes in grey, black or metallized and is suitable for different cable diameters. 9
