Für besondere Anforderung aufgrund von Umgebungseinflüssen hat CONEC eine Fiber Optic Outdoor Lösung nach Schutzklasse IP67 entwickelt.Das System basiert auf einem Gehäuse mit Bajonettanschluss in dem ein Duplex Steckver-binder bzw. eine LC-Duplex Adapter unterge-bracht sind. Der Steckverbinder ist in Single- und Multimode Ausführung erhältlich. Für die strukturierte, industrielle Verkabelung nach Echtzeit EtherNet/IP Spezifikation hat CONEC den RJ45 Steckverbinder mit Bajonett-anschlusstechnik nach IEC 61076-3-106 Stan-dard in Schutzart IP67 entwickelt.Zum Einbau in Geräten stehen Einbaubuchsen zur Front- oder Hinterwandmontage in den Ausführungen- Anschluss über RJ45 -Inline Kupplung- Schneidklemmanschluss- Lötanschlusszur flexiblen Verdrahtung im Gerät zur Verfü-gung. Im nicht gesteckten Zustand wird die Schnittstelle durch eine Schutzkappe geschützt. Der dazu passende RJ45 Cat.5e Stecker kann als frei konfektionierbares Steckerset oder als konfektioniertes Kabel in unterschiedlichen Längen bezogen werden. Mit dem USB 2.0 Steckverbindersystem für raue Umgebungen rundet CONEC sein Programm zur industrielle Verkabelung in Schutzart IP67 mit Bajonettanschluss ab.Das Einbaugehäuse eignet sich zur Front- oder Hinterwandmontage für Wandstärken bis 3,2 mm. Der eingesetzte USB Steckverbinder erfülllt die USB 2.0 Spezifikation. Im Geräteinnern erfolgt der Anschluss über einen USB 2.0 Typ A Adapter. Im gesteckten Zustand oder mit befestigter Schutzkappe erfüllt die Schnitt-stelle die Anforderungen nach Schutzart IP 67.Kabelseitig ist ein frei konfektionierbares USB 2.0 Steckerset Typ A verfügbar, sowie konfektio-nierte Kabel in verschiedenen IP-Schutz Aus-führung und Längen. CONEC has developed an outdoor solution according to protection class IP67 to address the special requirements caused by environ-mental influences. The system is based on a housing with bayonet coupling mechanism which contains a LC-Duplex Connector for the plug version and a LC-Duplex Adapter in the receptacle housing. Both types are available as single and multi-mode versions. The sealed circular USB Connector system of the CONEC series for harsh environments com-pletes the product range of industrial connec-tors with bayonet coupling mechanism and full IP67 protection. The connector can be front or rear mounted into a panel with a thickness up to 3.2 mm. The integrated USB connector meets USB 2.0 specifications. The connector system provides IP67 sealing performance when the connector halves are fully mated or the protection cap is applicated.Applicable USB2.0 IP67 plug kits are available for free assembly. Various combinations of patch cords with Type A / Type B connectors, IP 67 and IP20 rated, are available in different lengths. For structured, industrial cabling in acc. to Realtime EtherNet/IP specifications CONEC developed the RJ45 connector with bayonet coupling mechanism conforming to IEC 61076-3-106 standards. The receptacle housing kits are applicable for front- or rear-panel mount with different con-nection technologies, for the cable application, inside the device.
