| | | The temperature controller ME is made up of 1 main frame, 1 main module UPME, from 1 to 4 modules UCME, from 0to3 blank panels and allows to control from 4to16 different points. The main frame is made up of 1 main switch, 1 cooling fan for ventilation, 1 socket for connectors of power cable, 1 socket for connectors of thermocouple cable,3 warning lights (one for each phase), 2 fuse holders, 1 serial tap RS232 for software updating, 1 socket 220V for power supply an external alarm. Main frame dimensions (mm): 450X480X160. The temperature controller is supplied with 1 cable (lenght = 4m) for connecting the main frame to the network, complete with five-pole plug, 1 power cable with connectors, 1 thermocouple cable with connectors. The temperature controller MEis characterized by: power supply 400 V (three-phase + neutral + ground) maximum load 3000W per zone, limited at 32 A per phase temperature range 0-500 °C thermocouple type J (Fe-Co) zero crossing load control Options: kit for visual and sound alarm automatic stand-by from alarm machine automatic shut-down if max temperature exceeded | | |
| | | Module UCME Each module UCME controls 4 zones. Each zone is made up of 1 display and some warning lights that show: the temperature compared to the set-point if the zone is supplying power if a parameter is changing The display of each zone shows: the real temperature in automatic mode the output power percentage in manual mode the value ofthe parameterduring programming information if an alarm is activated | | |
