FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE MODEL FD120
It has been designed to work in the pharmaceutical field, especially suitable for STERILE FILLING in aseptic room class 100.
Typical applications include vials, cartridges, eye drops and syringes.
Hi-standard pharmaceutical finish and special design of the machine in order to meet the GMP
FDAguidelines. Thisincludes:
Open spoke star wheel
316L passivated contact parts
Radiussed corners to minimize turbulence
Containers rest on track well above base to prevent particulates from entering bottle Fill nozzles are offset so as to avoid blocking laminar flow air No open compressed air used for feeders Feeder bowls attached from the outside
Guards designed to allow free flow of laminar air through the system It is equipped with our Electronic Filling Volume Adjustment (EFVA) system, operator can change fill volumes, without needs of tools or stopping the machine or opening the door of safety guards. Adjustment is very simple using two push buttons situated in the control panel.
The standard machine includes:
- Container feeding and discharge by conveyor or tray.
- Set of pucks designed to handle the bottles.
- Automatic filling system with ELECTRONIC adjustment of the dose by the control panel without use of tools and without meeds to stop the machine.
- Automatic closures feeding and placing onto bottle.
- Automatic capping station.
- Safety guards with interlock micro-switches at doors.
- Strong and solid machine frame, adjustable in height and provided of feet with pads.
- Driving group with adjustable speed.
- Electrical plant with control panel provided of display for messages and suitable controls.
