COENs NRT oil igniter is designed to provide low opacity and superior igniter reliability for new
industrial burner applications or as a retrofit assembly for upgrading performance and reliability of OEM igniter equipment. The NRT igniter firing system provides reliable, low opacity performance with ease of installation, maintenance, and operation. The NRT igniter guide assembly fits within a 4 inch guide pipe (4.5 OD) and is designed for positioning flexibility. The igniter assembly provides a low profile through the burner to minimize obstructions in the air flow. COENs patented Smokeless Igniter is less than 10% on a cold boiler startup.
Smokeless Igniter Technology features an internal mix
atomizer and flame stabilizer which provides improved combustion efficiency and excellent flame stability with low opacity under all operating conditions. The Smokeless Igniter atomizer is a 3-piece, internal-mix atomizer that provides optimum spray droplet size and spray pattern for quality perfor-
