PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Telescopic valve for upper reservoir pick-up and level control

STANDARD INSTALLATION

1.

The valve will be installed in vertical position perfectly aligned with the actuator.

2.

Must be avoid stresses in the body of the valve, because of an incorrect aligned with the discharge pipe.

3.

Is not necessary any specific instructions for the operation of the valve. The valve will be opened an closed, slowly or quickly. Obviously, must be avoid any excessive effort.

4.

The valves are appropriated for regulation as the stroke can be regulated in any intermediate position.

MAINTENANCE

1.

Manually actuated valves are equipped with a lubricator in the bridge. Is recommendable do once 6 months a new greased. 2. Replacement of the retaining ring :

a)

Take out the drop shutter ( obturator ).

b)

Free off the flange of the seal.

c)

Take out the elastic ring and replace it for an original CMO seal ring.

d)
