the number one name in industrial vacuum cleaning systems The Chieftain vacuum cleaner is built to withstandthe toughest working environment and features a turbine type air exhauster which consumes least power when operating at maximum suction.This powerful machine can be used with hose diameters up to 100mm and 180 metre hose lengths are quite feasible. Consequently it provides a very effective mobile materials handling system.Typical applications include the collection of dustand powder spillage from process plant including dense materials such as catalyst and foundry sand which can be handled at rates of up to 5 tonnes/hour.The Chieftain can be used simultaneously by upto six operators but pipework and hoses must be sized accordingly. It can also act as the turbo exhauster unit on a fixed centralised vacuum cleaning system.Other options include a standard portableinterceptor for wet and dry applications or standard disposable bag for dust free removal of toxic materials.This extremely versatile machine comes in 56 or 112 litre capacities with a 7.5kw or a 15kw electric motors. Alternative drive options include flameproof electric, petrol or propane.
