Versatile in Use
Clyde's High Température Caméra can:
• Traverse bends up to 180° and down to 300mm radius
• Operate in ducts, flues etc as small as 75mm diameter
• Travel up to 9m from the point of entry
• Withstand températures of 1000°C for 4 minutes -longer at lower températures
The use of optional lenses further extends the application areas and allows:
• Wide angle forward viewing
• 90° lens allows proeess environment to be viewed at right angles
• Where the application température is less than 150°C, additional fibre optic lighting can be provided to enhance picture quality
Early Success at CORUS
The caméra has been successfully used at Corus (formerly British Steel) for regular inspections of the gas cannons on its coke ovens, stoves and blast furnace bustle mains.
