Depending on your requirements, our engi-neers can locate and muffle the air inlet and exhaust and apply sound-deadening foam to reduce noise levels outside the cabinet.

This sophisticated blast nozzle boommaintains a precise distance as it cleansspace shuttle booster rockets betweenmissions.Twelve nozzles clean the mold marks fromthe frame of a pistol situated on a multipleposition pedestal, eliminating the need forexcessive handling by the operator.

HEPAFilters CustomFixturing ALOXKits

Our standard reverse pulse cartridge dustcollectors trap 99.9 percent of dust particles as small as 0.5 microns. A High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter captures 99.97 percent of any remaining dust particles down to .03 microns. Clemco can provide customfixturing for masking or holding parts that move through the cabinet. Your investment is protected fromaggressive media with rubber curtains for the cabinet, lined flex- hose for the recovery system, and rubber lining for the reclaimer.
