Pneumatic and electronic controls 4. CMS columns Vent silencers Just two silencers to vent the CMS tubesand guarantee the full columnsregeneration 5. Universal Power Supply module A Switching Power Supply allow a constantvoltage supply also with critical PS fluctuation 6. Outlet Nitrogen pneumatic control A pressure regulator and a feed backedflow regulator allow a constant nitrogen flow supply also with critical consumptionpacks
