CS7410 is a highly integrated system-on-chip music processor that
supports CD-based MP3 playback, Windows Media Audio (WMA)
playback, and other emerging digital audio standards. A complete
system solution, CS7410 is comprised of a 32-bit RISC processor, a
16-bit DSP, on-chip SRAM memory (80 Kbytes), on-chip ROM
memory (256 Kbytes), system and peripheral controller, and an
integrated audio DAC interface. The powerful 32-bit RISC processor
performs audio decode and system management functions. The
large internal memory helps to reduce system cost. And, interfaces
to external memory for shock protection and custom program
storage are available. Its low power consumption, small size,
(100-pin MQFP & LQFP) and advanced processing make CS7410 the
perfect choice for all portable applications from mass-market CD
players to shelf-top systems. CS7410's powerful processing
capabilities and advanced system features give manufacturers the
