USES CHARACTERISTICS
• Preventive control of the extent of internal wear of a furnace : In addition to being resistant, manoeuvrable and light detecting possible defects, areas of early wear, cracks, partial or total breakage. , CESYCO portable
endoscopes provide high quality images. Its characteristics are as follows :• A diameter of less than 40 mm.• Resistance during several hours to temperatures close to 2000°C.• A small control station that guarantees safety and triggers alarms in case of overheating of the equipment.• Two types of view are possible: via an optical eyepiece or by photo/video. • Curative control : following detection of a problem in production, verifying malfunctions. • As a decision-aid : planning hot fi xes, anticipating maintenance operations.
