PORTABLE HIGH TEMPERATURE ENDOSCOPEportable endoscopes are used for intermittent inspections, inside working furnaces or boilers whose temperature may reach 2000°C. The images produced, in either photo or video format, enable precise analysis to be carried out of areas that cannot be seen by the human eye. Many sectors are concerned by this technology: metallurgy, glass-making, cement plants, refuse incineration, thermal power stations.Inserting the endoscope into an 1800°C furnace. USES CHARACTERISTICS• Preventive control of the extent of internal wear of a furnace : In addition to being resistant, manoeuvrable and light detecting possible defects, areas of early wear, cracks, partial or total breakage. , CESYCO portable endoscopes provide high quality images. Its characteristics are as follows :• A diameter of less than 40 mm.• Resistance during several hours to temperatures close to 2000°C.• A small control station that guarantees safety and triggers alarms in case of overheating of the equipment.• Two types of view are possible: via an optical eyepiece or by photo/video. • Curative control : following detection of a problem in production, verifying malfunctions. • As a decision-aid : planning hot fi xes, anticipating maintenance operations.EXAMPLES OF USE• GLASS-MAKING: inspecting the extent of wear of refractory surfaces or furnace arches. • ENERGY: controlling operation of nozzles, checking the injectors. • REFUSE INCINERATION: monitoring the clogging of the fi rebox. • METALLURGY: detecting intermittent faults on the production line. Controlling the state of the rings in galvanizing furnaces. CESYCO offers a large range of high-temperature endoscopes used for in-production and in-maintenance inspections.ThePhoto of the interior of a glass furnace Highlighting of refractory material degradation.Black and white image for better contrast. 1/4CESYCO - Z.A. de Vaubesnard - Bâtiment D - 91410 DOURDAN - FRANCETél. +33 (0)1 60 81 05 00 - Fax +33 (0)1 60 81 28 84 - info@cesyco.com - www.cesyco.com |
