Plant-4D Equipment This module parametrically defines Equipment Including: • Vessels with a range of tops, bottoms, and mountings • Pumps with a range of standards. This allows for the placement of general equipment items such as pumps, vessels, etc in addition to structural steel layouts. Menu bars enable equipment to be easily and quickly selected and placed on the drawing. Plant-4D HVAC Plant-4D HVAC contains a wide variety of rectangular, circular and oval duct components including radius elbows, mitered elbows, dampers, heaters, coolers, tees, laterals, transitions and crosses. Plant-4D Structurals These are special modules within the Plant-4D family for designing structural layouts. Comprehensive libraries or standard structural profiles are supplied as standard. Plant-4D Electrical/Instrumentation In this module you can define area hazard characteristics, maintain cable, motor and accessories data, perform cable and motor sizing automatically, all according to easily defined local standards. Define motor schematics and use them automatically perform PLC I/O assignment, cabling and wiring, bill of materials for accessories and much more… Plant-4D Instrumentation offers you a number of modules with specific functionality for easy design, control and management of instrumentation. The modules include: • Data Management Module • A central core is used to define the basic data structure for the project setup. Instrumentation data Sheets An instrument data sheet (specification) module can be hooked to the basic system Wiring, Hook ups.
