Questa unità fi ltrante è idonea per la fi ltrazione di polveri specifi che nei settori della laccatura, della la-vorazione dei materiali compositi e della vetroresina. I componenti impiegati in questa unità assicurano una elevata capacità fi ltrante per rispondere alle severe norme in materia di fi ltrazione dell’aria sui punti di lavoro. Questa unità fi ltrante si abbina all’unità di aspirazione E-75, ma può essere inserita su impianti già installati e operativi. La manutenzione è drasticamente ridotta grazie alla pulizia dei fi ltri, gestita da una centralina elettronica di controllo, che mantiene sempre in perfetta effi cienza il potere fi ltrante della macchina controllando, in tempo reale, la differenza di pressione a monte ed a valle dei fi ltri. L’azione di pulizia avviene tramite un getto di aria compressa in controcorrente amplifi cato dall’azione di coni Venturi. Utilizzando questa centra- lina elettronica, il consumo di aria compressa viene limitato al minimo indispensabile, poiché la pulizia avviene solamente quando i fi ltri sono sporchi. L’unico intervento richiesto è lo svuotamento del serbatoio di raccolta polveri. Questo modello è conforme a quanto prescritto dalle direttive 89/392 CE, 91/368 CE, 93/44 CE, 93/68 CE, 73/23 CE, 89/336 CE, 98/37 CE.This fi lter unit has been designed for special dust fi ltration in the lacquering, composite material and fi breglass-reinforced plastic machining industries. The components used in this unit ensure high fi ltering capacity to comply with the strictest air fi ltration on the workplace standards. This fi ltering unit can be coupled to the E-75 suction unit, or installed in pre- existing and already operating plants. Maintenance requirements are reduced to a minimum thanks to fi lter cleaning controlled by a special control unit, which preserves the machine fi ltering power by checking in real time the pressure difference upstream and downstream from the fi lters. Cleaning is carried out via a counter-fl ow compressed air jet amplifi ed by the action of a Venturi cone. Using this electronic control unit reduces the compressed air requirements to a minimum, as cleaning is only carried out when the fi lters are actually in need of cleaning. The only required operator’s task is to empty the dust collection tank. This model is in compliance with the provisions of the following directives: 89/392 CE, 91/368 CE, 93/44 CE, 93/68 CE, 73/23 CE, 89/336 CE, 98/37 CE.
