Aqueous High-Pressure Cleaner

DESCRIPTION

Techniclean HP is an aqueous, low alkalinity, industrial multi-metal cleaner containing biodegradable surfactants and corrosion inhibitors.

APPLICATION

Techniclean HP effectively removes soluble oils, light neat cutting or stamping oils, lubricating oils and general dirt. Techniclean HP specifically has been developed for use in high-pressure process cleaning and deburring systems.Due to its selected surfactant package and excellent demulsifying propertiesTechniclean HP effectively minimizesexcessive foam and thus dangerous cavitations of the high-pressure pumps.After drying Techniclean HP leaves anultra-thin temporary corrosion protective film on the metal surface.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Concentration Range: 1-4% Temperature Range: Ambient-65ºC Spray pressure: up to 1000 bar
