As soon as you have met the technical require-ments (internet access for the
CMM computer), youcan use Zeiss Teleservice by calling our Hotline.Our Hotline operator will then connect you to a support engineer.
Complete the Teleservice form by filling in yourdata. You can overwrite predefined fields if needed.
All fields are mandatory, i.e. you will be able to
make an online connection to our Support by click-ing the “Start Teleservice” button only after allfields have been filled in.
Start a Teleservice session on your CMM computerby double-clicking the corresponding icon:or download the Teleservice Client directly from ourwebsite at www.zeiss.com/imtunder “Service&Support”. Enter the conference number and, if necessary, the
corresponding conference password supplied by our support specialist. After a short time, our
support specialist’s desktop will appear on your
monitor.To help answer your questions, our support special-ist will then invert the viewing direction, i.e. display
your desktop on his monitor. This can be done onlyfollowing your confirmation. >
