Capping Systems
Pneumatic Clutch
The Eklips can be supplied with our pneumatic clutch capping heads. This configuration offers both economy and proven reli­able technology. Snap on caps can also be applied with the same heads.
Intelichuck
This option will automatically ori­ent flip/hinge caps to the desired orientation prior to application. When this option is selected, the turret is configured to allow you to run both the Intelichuck & Standard capping heads for threaded caps.
Magnetic Slip Clutch
The heavy-duty mechanical turret is fitted with our Magnetic Slip Clutch technology .The capping heads are permanently calibrated at the factory in Inch lbs to allow quick and accurate torque adjust­ment
Servo Motors
This mechanical capping turret is fitted with Servo Motors. This allows you to program in the desired torque as well as monitor the application torque on each of the capping heads. This option also allows you to program the capping sequence, with a 3/4 reverse prior to cap application or apply caps with pre-set closing position
Dual TUrret
Capmatic can supply the Eklips with a dual turret. The first turret can be used to insert a plug or ball and the second turret would apply the cap or over cap.
Magnetic flow meters
Using Faraday's law of induction that states, a voltage is induced in a conductor moving in a magnetic field. In electro­magnetic measuring, the flowing medium corre­sponds to the moving conductor. Using this principle, the fill volume is accurately determined and precise dosing is achieved.
(All fluids with a mini­mum conductivity of > = 5 uS/cm can be filled)
Mass flow meters
Based on the Coriolis Principle, this system is ideal for non-conductive products.
We can simultaneously measure the mass flow, volume flow and product density. This allows accu­rate dosing of exact vol­umes by weight. This sys­tem is ideal for products that change in viscosity or density over the filling run or from batch to batch.
