| This special range of filled material metering units feature a number of leading technologies that include fully 'closed loop' mass-flow and ratio management systems that are capable of metering and mixing filled resins at variable pouring rates from 30Kg up to 300 Kg per minute. | ||||

| Metering abrasive and often fragile fillers such as hollow glass spheres requires the right type of pump. The pump featured here is designed for processing just such materials; in addition viscosities of 30,000 cps do not present a problem. Pump output is regulated in a fully closed loop so as to ensure that the correct flow rate is maintained at all times. | ||||

| The metering unit featured here is designed for operation from a shipping container. All key components are located on one side for ease of access. Construction is all stainless steel for improved performance in difficult environments. | ||||
